  • Deputy Mayor Arthur "Art" Midgley is a resident of Little Egg Harbor Since 1973
  • Wife, Dorothy; Three Children: Joyce, Michael and Bobby
  • Graduate of Seton Hall University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
  • Currently Attending Monmouth University for a Masters Degree in Business Administration
  • Baseball Coach, Member, PTA, Eucharistic Minister & Lector for St. Theresa's Church.

    Deputy Mayor Arthur Midgley serves as the Little Egg Harbor Board of Health liaison and also liaison to the Senior Advisory Board. He is also the liaison to Mystic Island Volunteer Fire Company. Art enjoys Golf and spending quality family time with his wife, Dorothy, their children and their two grandsons, Drew and Sean.

    Art is the Coordinator of the School Mentoring Program for Ocean County and cares deeply about our community and our youth. He works with the "At Risk", children, schools and recruits volunteer mentors throughout the county.

    In addition, Art is a Master Mason, Sextant Lodge#286 F.& A.M., member of the Italian American Club,Grand Master of the Knights of Columbus; St. Theresa's RC Church, Ocean County Federation of Republican Women and Ocean County Retired Senior Volunteer Advisory Council.
