Full Time, Deputy Municipal Clerk/Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics
(Salary based on experience)

Position Description

Under the direction of the Municipal Clerk, candidate must be able to perform all duties of the Deputy Municipal Clerk and Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics including the ability to assist with OPRA requests, agendas, minutes, licensing, elections, records management, vital statistic document issuance and other related duties as assigned, in accordance with state and local laws. Applicant must have strong computer, administrative and personable communication skills with the ability to multi-task and provide a pleasant, professional and effective working relationship with employees, officials and the public in accordance with Township policies and procedures.  Municipal government experience and Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC) certification is strongly preferred.  Applicant must possess a Certified Municipal Registrar (CMR) certificate or willing to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
