The Construction Office is responsible for reviewing all construction plans, issuing construction permits, and inspecting ongoing construction to ensure compliance with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code. The Construction Office also performs inspections related to rental and resale certificates of occupancy.
Please call 609-294-9071 to schedule an inspection. You should plan ahead and schedule early. The Construction Office will try to schedule your inspection as soon as possible but the typical inspection occurs approximately three days from the date that you call. Give yourself sufficient time for a reinspection in the event a second inspection is necessary.
